Northern lights

There are many bonuses to living in Orkney. Friends who come by in the pitch dark of a winters night to drag you outside because the aurora borealis is strutting it’s stuff is definitely one.

Such a clear night, the stars were also clear and bright. We kept birlin around not know which to look at it.

Do love that we have dark skies, even when I trip over the cat!
