Memorial

We visited down town Lynchburg  this morning,  the Veterans by the memorial every Friday, started in 2001 , one of the veterans said he went to the first one, not planning a weekly event it just progressed from that time. 
They asked us to sign a book, then gave us a challenge coin originated from WW1 when a wealthy American Lieutenant ordered small bronze medallions for his fellow pilots in memory of their service together
