A thoroughly stressful day as up until half an hr ago we had heard nothing from our seller's solicitor since mid December (apparently they are very busy!). After pressure applied from all angles, they have finally responded.... so we are hopefully on track for an exchange of contracts next week. I will believe it when it happens. We vented our frustration on the tennis balls in a game of singles earlier. Happy weekend all.
