Busy day today.  First of all my Friday QiGong session - much needed and appreciated.

Then some sorting out of various things.  Followed by taking G for an INR blood test, then contacting his surgery for medication update, then a different part of the surgery contacting him regarding other medical issues. Lots to think about and questions to ask, but all progressing.  Such a shame it's taken 9 years to get to this stage though!!

That;s all from me for today.  I'm aware I'm a bit behind on responding to your blips but I will do that very soon, so please bear with me.
