Needed today

Warm hat in the fierce wind was necessary when walking.
Just got back from yoga session whe neighbour rang to see if I wanted to walk with her to the next estate as she had a prescription to pick up.
Then had to go to the surgery to see nurse for a blood test. Empty waiting room and no visible sign of any doctor in the building.
Met up with a friend in JL for a catch up. I park halfway and then have quite a long walk over the bridge to the shops. Gets my step count up with not too much effort. So nice to still be daylight (just) for my trip home.
Message on my phone to ask me to room sit at Holdenby on Easter Monday. They obviously plan well ahead!
Can now relax this evening
