Gym class

A kind young teacher tried to motivate some kids to do some exercises.

We had mostly grey and often rainy weather today but both in the morning and during the afternoon there were some windows for walks with the dog.
I cooked two meals today as some veggies had to be used, so for tomorrow I am off the hook.
Played a bit of guitar and piano and then went to the gym for some bicycling .
