Travel Pending…..

That’s my first work trip of the year booked. I’m off to Copenhagen on Feb for 3 nights for a customer visit.

One of the evenings I will meet with our Divisional CEO and his #2 who is off to Singapore soon as part of a new job relocation.

Exciting times. Not often I get to meet that level of management. Best have my good suit on.

I’m also hosting my new boss and a colleague in 2 weeks time as they will fly into Edinburgh. I’ve already sorted hotels and booked the Edinburgh Dungeons for the evening. For the other evening I’ll book the Johnnie Walker Experience on Princes Street.

That should keep them happy.

In other news, my company hosts our very own Olympics every 4 years. I went back in 2015 so am not allowed to go again to give others the chance. However, I saw a post asking for volunteers to photograph the event as part of the ‘officials’ team.

Guess what! I volunteered and got accepted!

I’m off to Denmark in May to cover the event. Better look at getting a camera then. Not sure an iPhone will cut it.
