Another indoor day

It's been raining and blowing a hoolie all day, so we felt no inclination to venture out.

I've spent much of the day in the sewing room, and have now finished the front of the Christmas sampler.  I'm not going to quilt and bind it until I have a bit more space, so I've now rolled it up and put it away till we move.  I'll find something else to occupy me for the next 6 to 8 weeks.

I'm not short of possible projects.  R and J  bought me some lovely fabric for Christmas, and I have plenty of the Aldi fabric to continue with the splendid sampler.  But that probably won't stop me from sneaking a trip to the local quilt shop when I go out tomorrow to stock up on fruit and veggies.
