I had a meeting in Earlsfield, so went via Mitcham Common to see what I could find there (despite the rain), but found all the paths and routes on the common to be (prohibitively) muddy and waterlogged, so just continued on to Three Kings Pond by Mitcham town centre... I found someone feeding bread to the birds, and the pond edge was awfully littered, but I was pleased to encounter sparrows, swans, and two pied wagtails...
