Discovery of today's wine tour was this splendid sweet red Cabernet Sauvignon produced by Joel Menard at Domaine des Sablonettes near Rablay Sur Layon. Natural, organic and biodynamique pure fruit juice in a glass that brought a broad smile to my face! Who said you can't produce a sweet red in the #Loire
