Caught ...... in the act!

Holiday Day 3

Today we went to Hen Reed Beds ....... it is beautiful there ....... but it was freezing & blowing a gale! At least it was dry!

We spent quite a long time watching a pair of Marsh Harriers hunting. Magnificent to watch ...... but unfortunately they were too far away to be able to get a decent shot ...... hence the choice of blip ..... hope you like it :-)

We also heard a Bittern booming in the reeds ..... but did not get to actually see it ..... pity ..... but at least we heard it!!
