My sisters response to this picture following my lunchtime walk.

Extemely or unpleasantly dirty.  The Cambridge dictionary definition.

Neither extreme or unpleasant.  My opinion.

The trade off for a brief opportunity to connect with nature was a splatter of mud.  The benefit to my headspace; immeasurable.
