I feel I have to come clean. I have quit my sugar fast early. I am eliminating dairy from Monkey's and my diet for a while to see if it helps clear up his eczema and I can't possibly do both. I am only human! I hear about people who eat only whole foods and never let sugar or dairy or refined flour or *gasp* alcohol touch their lips. Are they human? I have no proof but I bow down to their amazing willpower! I am still avoiding refined sugar so no cakes for me yet, unless I make them with agave nectar or some such... so that means no cake for my lazy self yet!
