Anyone hungry

I was out and about today and found a packet of crisps and a 2 pack chicken or beef pies also a newspaper.

Why would anyone dump unopened food is beyond me unless someone lost it but to be honest it doesn't look lost it looks like it's been dumped, I hope I am wrong
