Virus Calming

A windy and fairly wet day, but a spell of sunshine in the afternoon.  Calm are drier tonight. 

Still not well, another day off sick.  The sickness has gone, also the cold shivers, they've been replaced by hot sweats, which seem to be clearing the virus from my system.  A day watching terrible daytime telly.  I did manage to get out for a walk and fresh air with Sammy this evening, it knackered me but also did the world of good.  Off to bed early, and hopefully another good night sleep, I'll be at work tomorrow.
