Brew Night

Er…. Well, the table that one of the fermenters sits on top of had to have a wee amendment which should make racking off easier (I can attach a tube to the tap ‘through’ the table now, rather than with an up and over kink). 

Bitter Orange Saison (though lighter than traditional) tonight. Probably a happier Pale on Sunday night. 

Time waiting for temperatures and between additions spent reading, moving the furniture in the brewshed (it’s an evolution) and a wee bit of illustration to do. Multitasking par excellence….
