Hot lips in the rain

I was going to go walking today.

I looked at the weather and decided against it!

I spent the day sorting papers and tidying in the study. It is a job that needs doing and it will take more than one day, so the time was not wasted.

Another amaryllis is in flower. This is Hot Lips. For anyone in my age group, I'm sure you will immediately think of M*A*S*H*

I expect we would not find it as funny now as we did then.

In case you are wondering, I did not go outside and shoot through a wet window. I photographed the window, photographed the amaryllis (in the kitchen) and blended the two images. It's a bit rough and ready but it's the best I could do today.
