Cookery Club

I love a new club, me. Ella came round and we cooked a tasty stew, stuffed peppers and roasted fennel. V enjoyable couple of hours and now lunch and dinner sorted for tomorrow. The fennel was my experiment, I got one in my box and googled ‘fennel recipes when you don’t like fennel”. As with most things, roast it with cheese. Still didn’t like it though but feel v grown up for trying.

Before that a big old work day with lots of meeting which needed careful prep. All went well, was happy to be done though. And a time with noisiest hailstones ever.
