Swollen river

““For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return there but water the earth, making it bring forth and sprout, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater,”
‭‭Isaiah 55v10
Is it ever going to stop? the river through my garden is flowing faster and higher than I have ever seen it before.
Made a potentially life changing decision today. I’ve been dithering for ages. Trying to get discernment. Last week a very wise lady who has been walking with God a lot longer than I have, said that if we make a decision having prayed, then God will honour that decision.
