Puff, Pant, Cry

Ugh I did it, I got on the bike. 

It was not easy. My fitness levels are at an all time low after sitting on my ever growing backside for 3 years. I'm doing short bursts of high intensity, my complicated Samsung watch told me my heart rate was through the roof. I made vegetable soup, homemade tomato base sauce for pasta, a low fat beef curry, mince & potatoes. Lunches and dinners all sorted for the week.

Now I just need to make sure I get back on that bike.
