Recipe Books

My huge collection of recipe books is in need of 'sorting out' so I decided to start my task today.   Needless to say, I didn't get far.   I came across these books which include recipes, photos, quotations and poems relative to the individual areas in the mid/late19th century.  Fascinating reading.
