I've got my eye on you

Briefly sunny until about 10:30, it then started raining fairly heavily and it hasn't really let up since.  

At around about noon, I spotted something fly across the garden, a something which turned out to be a female sparrow hawk. She perched upon one of our fence posts so I raced off to get the camera, which was sitting ready on the desk, but she stayed only briefly and had flown on before I could get back to try to take her picture.

So instead, here's a Great tit watching me carefully.  Its "only" a bird on a stick shot, but I like it :-)
