Hope Springs (Winters?) Eternal

Not a stellar shot but I am using Blip to keep tabs on the daily, the mundane, the rituals, as much as anything. This giant pile of salt, created in case winter is ever to come, sits in readiness. And as it sits, it becomes a bit grayer, a bit more tawdry with each passing day and each passing car. It is a sign of a city prepared.
