The Lonely Swan Queen

I finally manged to get a reasonable shot of the lovely Swan Queen in the secluded lake.

She is always alone lately, I'm not sure what has happened to her mate. She doesnt rush off when we arrive now, just watches and waits to see what we will do. I take a few shots, Jake pees quietly on anything thats standing and then we move off ;)

It seems like she is getting used to us as we dont do anything to upset her and until today she has mostly stayed in the shadows. Finally she is venturing out of hiding!
