Great Colour For a Grey Day…

Oh dear….. The weather in some parts of New Zealand has put the land and it’s people under siege. A summer storm ….. a follow-on from Cyclone Hale. The storm effects are horrific. I feel so sad for the affected communities.
A very windy start to the day when Maisie and went out walking. Storm clothing, gumboots and an umbrella that threatened to turn inside out any minute. I found a moment of calm and a sheltered spot to photograph these vibrant Agapanthus on our way home to shelter and warmth.
