Nightmare day

Had another outpatient appointment at York hospital today (not hip related)  the trip over went without a hitch that’s until we were just over half a mile away and the traffic was backed up at every junction, lights changed from red to green and nobody was able to move more than fifty yards at a time, my appointment time was getting nearer and nearer then I’m late, the hospital is just round the corner now so I decided to get out and walk. I finally get there half an hour late.
The nightmare continued on the way home.

I did manage to get a blip when we were stuck at the traffic lights.
