More of the Same

Another day of our fraught situation.   Early plans to move Jamie to Bangor stalled and the option of sending him home was revisited.   I asked if there was another Dr who could give a second opinion.  No.  A senior manager?  No.   I suggested that I would be making a formal complaint against yesterday's Dr ..... a bit later I hear that a clinician would be reviewing the case in the morning.  A different person.   A good result or a 'cover my back' exercise?    We cannot be the first to have been treated peremptorily so I have to hope that there will be a more open minded discussion.   We wait, anxiously.
