life is messy

Today I started a bible study on Ezekiel with my group of women  The first lesson was about how life walking with God is not a walk in the park. There are messy parts. Ezekiel trained to be a priest in the temple in Jerusalem but ended up being a prophet to the exiles who did not agree with his message. But Ezekiel was still walking with God.
Then we all shared a time in our life where things seem to go off the rails, but God was still walking with us.
As I was planning to blip a close up of a beautiful flower in my bouquet, I noticed this one flower where the pollen had turned from yellow to black and smudged up the "perfect" image. Life is messy.
