Had an appointment with my physiotherapist and she put me on this traction table...kinda wild but very mild and gentle.  supposed to help with the 3 bulging discs i have that cause me pain and weakness in my legs!  A bit of a left over from the surgery of 4 years ago....anyway, hopefully she'll be of help to me.

Got moved to put this one back on the board and spent some time trying to resolve the bits that were bugging me....and of course, i'm still not sure :)   But that's ok, it will be clear to me when it's finished.... or not!!!!

Major snow falling here...i think we have about 8-9".   The plow man is out there dealing with it !
