When did ordering coffee become so madly expensive?
Im Drinking De caff since October, realised how much better I feel!! low blood presure no rapid heart rate..
A day off any scale of stress should share my Garmin map gulp!! 6 hrs of high stress.
V V short staffed.. unsafe for sure.
Off to the wonderful bed soon 8 30 pm now trying to stay up a little later...
