I'm glad I did my grocery shopping and got my tablets yesterday. I regretted at the time not having put on a jacket as well as a pullover because it was chillier than I'd expected, but I'd prefer that any time to this afternoon's wet, windy miserable weather.

Still, bad as it is, it's nothing compared to European ski resorts without snow and California and its 'bomb cyclone'. I remember way back during my schooldays being told that Ireland is blessed with a temperate climate. I wonder what present-day schoolkids are being told.
