Dull and Uninviting

Spent the morning at the sailing club, and the wet, windy weather made the water very uninviting.  The water level is coming up very slowly but still has a long way to go.  Luckily the boat maintenance I had planned could be done inside.
Went for a short run in the afternoon. Trying to get back into runs after a decade or so of giving it up due to injuries.
