Stylish teapot and Cromwell

bought by John some years ago although we can’t remember where. At the base is the name Brian Wood, I found a couple similar pots on the internet just now, at the time of purchase it was said to be in the style of Clarence Cliff. It is never used, a dust collector sat in a small dresser, fortunately we both like it, the spout looks vulnerable to me, a good reason not to dust it too often.

Found on BBC sounds a few days ago was Anton Lesser reading Hillary Mantel’s Thomas Cromwell trilogy, John found it, had he asked if I fancied listening to this I would have said no, but…. We are both enjoying it. I think each episode lasts for 75minutes, giving us a long lunch break.
