Dropped In On

The surfer on the left, "Drops In" on the surfer on the right... the next few frames featured obscene gesturing and angry words by the surfer on the right. A surfer already on a wave, has the, "right of way". Repeated dropping in by someone can lead to violence out in the water (and back on the beach). It is not usually a problem here, out the front of my home.
