Monday has passed safely enough.

I spent most of it checking and editing Excel spreadsheets while finalising the information my accountants need to complete my tax return. Oh, and tracking down the 0.5% of the vital pieces of paper which go missing every year. 

I made sure I got out at lunchtime, and fortunately the church cafe has re-opened after the festive chaos. I also made progress in assembling the various ingredients I need for this infamous tofu curry. I raided the local Asian supermarket. Pity they only sell lifetime supply packets of nutmeg. 

Now I need to track down curry leaves and fresh spinach. That will be tomorrow's wee challenge.
