MonoMonday - MM468 - Nine

I haven't participated in all the nine years with weekly MonoMonday but I have liked the challenge of a theme from other Blippers.

Top hat made by my friend MT for Xmas & I added a '9', maybe I should have cut out a '9' rather than writing it.
