Looks like mornin' in your eyes
Today was the Bin Day - Correct Bin day and not the Roll-Over-For-Four-Days bin day of last week.
It was pouring rain and I heard the bin van as the alarm went off.
I glanced out and again the bin was on it's side, but it wasn't windy so I figured I could leave it until I'd showered.
(I'm telling you in the context that I figure you know what happened last week - But I was so tired on Friday I forgot - 7 am on Friday Morning, I came out of the shower, and Himself said "that's the food bin finally been collected {t was supposed to have come on Monday}; the wind was howling a gale and I glanced out and our bin was already in the middle of the road, and I squealed as I watched it blow another 10 yards down the street.
I ran downstairs in my towel, and put my jacket over my shoulders ... and ran down the street after our bin, and then being a good neighbour also chased our neighbours. It was so windy I took it back to their doorsteps and wedged them in. )
There. That is the context.
So No Wind today, so I nipped out after I had dressed and went and grabbed it.
As I walked it back to its residence down the side of the shed, I looked at the light from the moon and the back door light and thought "perfect".
Actually thought it might do for MonoMonday, but I liked the warming colours of the full colour one.
Also - what you don't get from this, was the bird song. The bird song this week has been beautiful. I think there is a blackbird in full voice giving it laldy from about 530
Also - for my own note: it's still dark here, and there is a woman on the TV outside Buckingham palace in clear day light.
Also - Please note. Blip done and dusted by 8.08 this morning.
