One of my favorite qualities of my wife is her sense of wonder, adventure and willingness to try. In the kitchen, she will often attempt to recreate an amazing meal that we had out at a restaurant. Tonight is gnocchi over a butternut squash reduction. Can’t wait - smells delicious.
