Along memory Lane

This is what remained of the farm where my sister and I used to visit our friends in the early 70-ies. Now it's a little monument what's used as a petting zoo for children ~ it pleases me to see it's well used!

The farmhouse dates back to the 16th C and my sisters and I remember the family who lived here and worked here till 1996. My sister learned cow-milking here and in Summers we helped them bringing the hay in. The meadows are gone and used for building sites and infrastructure with roads and canals.
