Lovely quiet walk down Bosley Locks this morning. Hardly anyone about. Had a lovely chat with a couple who sold up and became live-aboards last April.
Spent most of the afternoon cooking. Big batch of one of Ottolenghi's soup recipes spotted on Instagram today. And chicken & roasties two days in a row!
