Refuel

Homemade crumpets for breakfast - whole process took two hours. As it was nearly lunchtime and everyone was feeling pretty doughy, we went for a long and very wet walk from Bathampton. Canal path perfect for what we needed but looking seedy and liminal in the winter season. Damp boats with foggy windows. Big refuel at the Angelfish cafe and then the trudge home. Glad we did it, and well deserved baths and supper in front of the telly by the evening.
