The Great Bog

Following yesterdays peat rant todays view is our lovely protected bog, known as the Moine Mhor in gaelic. The views of the last few days were taken up on the skyline in the distance looking towards my walk of today. This shot shows how the bog runs from the shore right up to the hills which is an unusual feature for a bog.
Managed to stay dry for the walk and now fire on, wine warming roast dinner about to start and getting ready for work again tomorrow..boo.
