Blustery morning so clients and chores
What to do on an empty Saturday? Aha. Neidpath castle walk has been on my to do list so we drove to Peebles map in hand and bagged a very lovely 8km walk. Can’t believe I haven’t found this one before, beautiful along the very full Tweed and rewarded with a wee wander round the busy town. However we were looking for one shop to return a Christmas present. Could not find it. Then lunch at Whitmuir, closed the kitchen by the time we got there, and then another return foiled at Straiton when the department else needed was shut too.

Home to a starving odd lunch/tea of olives and prosciutto watching Apprentice where the women have been picked on their lip size and bitchiness. Stereotypes to the fore.
Finished Stonehouse which we initially loved but somehow the last episode sunk at the end.
