Air Fryer

We’ve gone and joined the air fryer brigade!

I had barely heard of these things a few weeks ago, but a staff room chat had me intrigued, and I decided they sounded like fun- and something Doug would enjoy experimenting with. General consensus seemed to be that it HAD to be this model, which was then promptly out of stock all holiday season. But two days ago I got an alert that they were back in and decided to go for it.

Its arrival today was about the only thing that perked me up, as a docs appt this morning saw me on antibiotics for my tonsillitis, which has knocked me for six.

Doug was pretty excited too!

Verdict- so far, so good. Burgers good, wedges decent (probably needed a bit more time/oil to really crisp up) and onion rings nice and crunchy. Very easy to use. Lots to play with.
