Lake Crossing

Today we were blessed with fabulous weather, so it was the perfect day for crossing the lake from Ouchy, Lausanne, over to Evian-les-Bains in France. Jean has stayed in France this weekend, so it was a nice change to go and visit him! This shot was taken from the deck at the back of the boat.

At the moment, there are really inventive and amazing driftwood sculptures all through the town.  I've enclosed a few in the extras. Some very big ones are in the centre of town, other smaller ones are all along the lakeside. The water shot was taken from the back of the boat as we left the Ouchy port on the Swiss side.
