I started the day doing some reading on Mindfulness, before we went out. 

It was pouring with rain but we had a task to do in the direction of Otley. Once we completed it we went to the garden centre, for a hot chocolate and a wander around. When we came out there was some blue sky so we investigated Gallows Hill Nature Reserve, we've never been before. It was a nice little walk through the woods, around a pond and back along the river.  

After the walk we went for a snack lunch in Otley.
