Instrument of torture

My new but of kit for when I can’t get out for some outdoor miles.  It makes a bit of a change from the exercise bike.  My previous one had broken and I got rid of it a while ago.  This one is a bit more fierce. It takes a fair bit of oomph to get it on the go so am sure I will be feeling the effects!
