Transport

I spotted these different types of water transport on the lake when we went on our “around town” walk this morning. Town is much quieter with many holiday makers having returned home. It still took us 2 hours to walk from home and return, as we stopped and spoke with people we knew and then met up with 2 friends for coffee at a coffee caravan.

After gardening for a short time this afternoon, we went to a neighbours birthday celebration at 4pm. A retired acaedemic professor who now prefers to play drums. It was a lovely low key celebration sitting on his deck in the sun. We both enjoyed a day without using the car - not as common as we would like.
