Ding-A-Ling

It’s the little surprises that I find that makes my outings so enjoyable.

I needed some quietness today. Jerry returned to work after being off eleven days during the holidays. I was glad he got some much needed rest. It was good to be together, but it was different and a little stressful for me. I like it to be totally quiet and he likes the TV on all the time.

So, today I went cemetery wandering. It’s something I do when I need some alone time. I look for interesting names, birthplaces, epitaphs, symbols, and unusual grave markers. While wandering today, I spotted this little bell hanging from a tree. It made me smile!

After the fresh air and exercise, I am relaxed and ready for a good night’s sleep.
