Instructor renewal course D1

Every three years I have to renew my first aid instructor qualification. It's not a great process, but equally I'm not saying I know of a better way. It is what it is.
My expectations aren't ever great. So far they've not been exceeded lol.
Fortunately the other participants are a lovely bunch, just mostly not really outdoorsy people.

(this participants real world job is bomb disposal. Fair to say his panic attack solution was fairly direct)
